What is included with a custom order?
Most custom orders include the finished printed tool and the STL file, so you can reprint it later if needed.
What if the image is rough?
That is fine. Send the best reference you have and describe what matters most. We will ask follow-up questions if the design needs more detail.
Can customers still design it themselves?
Yes. You can also open the app, upload your image, adjust the model, and order or download it yourself.
